Personal in home sessions can be held nearly anywhere, meaning at a gym of your choosing, at your home, a corporate gym and so on. The regular rate is $40 per per session. Veterans, active duty and dependent military personnel $35. Emergency responders $35.
My rates are based on the national average for personal training and I make an earnest effort to keep my rates under the national average because it is my belief that getting fit and being the best you shouldn't drain your pocket.
Virtual sessions are pretty straight forward. I use the oovoo or Skype platform. There are alot of differences with this type of training. If interested message or call for more details.
Tandem sessions are for two individuals training at the same time. Even if your fitness levels are wildly different this can still be a more economic way to train with a friend or otherwise without spending extra money or having to schedule extra time.
Group sessions are for groups of three to a maximum of ten individuals. Training sessions are conducted in a circuit training format following HIIT principals with an emphasis on maximizing energy output and encouraging every member of the group to not only encourage each-other but to hold each-other accountable for themselves and to the group. Price is set at $15 per person.
Different packages are available upon request during the initial consultation. These are based on availability.
6 week Overdrive: This package is generally reserved for those looking to gain results in a very quick amount of time this incudes five sessions a week at an hour per session. This is a very intense package and is available only upon request and when deemed safe for the individual during consult.
6 week Basic: This package deal is usually available to all and is an economic way to kind of test out personal training and find out if its for you. Not everyone takes to personal training some only need it for a short time to get back into the rythm of fitness and some also respond to physical training quicker than others. This is priced out at 30 per session for three sessions a week at an hour a session. If interested in this program or curious about it please discuss with trainer at consult.
8 week Hands off: This package is meant for those who want/need assistance with their fitness goals but may not desire or be able to afford personal training sessions. This includes an eight week pre designed program based on information obtained from you during your consult with trainer either in person or by phone, and is made for you to perform on your own with workouts designed based on what you tell your trainer about time restraints, nutrition and intensity as well as what your immediate and ultimate goals are. It further includes four weekly telephone calls with your trainer for any issues or assistance needed with the program. As well as unlimited emails to your trainer to answer any questions you may have. This program is priced at $100 flat rate.
